Registrations
This information is to be used for a Te Rūnanga o NgāiTakoto register of beneficiaries. It will be held by Te Rūnanga o NgāiTakoto for the purpose of assisting the Rūnanga in advancing the interests of NgāiTakoto. This will include enhancing communication with iwi members and enabling more effective iwi participation in decision-making for NgāiTakoto. The information gathered will be held in accordance with the Privacy Act requirements and will not be used for any other purpose without your expressed consent. You have the right to access and correct this information at any time. Any person aged 16 years or above should complete their own form.
Why Register?
You can vote if you are over 18 years of age and you can apply for grants and scholarships. You will be added to our extensive database of registered members and will receive regular pānui. Many opportunities arise within our rohe, whether employment or education related, taiao or community related.
Who Can Register?
Descendants of te iwi o NgāiTakoto are encouraged to register as a member by completing a the registration form. You must whakapapa to NgāiTakoto. It is important to register all whānau members, including children. A separate application form must be completed for each person. Parents can register their children however persons 18 years or older must complete and sign their own form.
