Annual General Meeting

Te Rūnanga o NgāiTakoto (TRONT) hereby gives notice that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday 5th March 2026, 4:00pm at Ngāpae Holiday Park, 6 Matai Street, Waipapakauri.

AGM Agenda:

  4. Confirming the Minutes of the 2024 AGM
  5. That the following reports are received and approved:
    • Annual Report
    • Chairman’s Report
    • CEO Report
  6. That the audited financial statements for the years 2023, 2024, 2025 are received and approved
  7. That Silks Auditors are appointed for the FYE 31/03/2026
  8. Karakia Whakamutunga
  9. Paramanawa – refreshments to conclude

Copies of the Annual Report will be available for download via our website from Friday 27 February, or hardcopy can be collected from the Office from Monday 2 March.

The AGM will be livestreamed for those unable to attend in-person, with the link to be provided before the hui date.
