🗳️ Special General Meeting – Voting Packs Are On The Way!
Our Special General Meeting (SGM) will be held on Saturday, 23 August 2025 at Ngāpae, and it’s a big moment for our Iwi, we’ll be asking registered adult beneficiaries to vote on the proposed Deed Ratification.
📬 Voting papers have been sent by post to all registered adult beneficiaries. If your details are up to date, you’ll automatically be included.
✅ This won’t affect the current postal packs being prepared – but keeping your contact details current ensures you don’t miss out on future communications, updates, and your chance to have a say.
💻 Online Voting – The Fastest, Easiest Option
Once voting opens, you’ll be able to vote:
Online – the quickest and easiest way
In person – at the SGM on Saturday 23 August, at Ngāpae Holiday Park
By post – using the voting paper sent to you
If you don’t receive your postal pack:
➡️ You can still vote in person at the SGM, but must be received by 10.30am, Saturday 23rd August
